The Perspectivas Contemporâneas journal promotes the free availability of all its content, as well as the exemption of publication or processing fees - article processing charge (APCs), following the principle that free access to scientific research promotes a global exchange of knowledge and allows to increase the reading and citation of authors. For more information on this concept, visit the Public Knowledge Project, which has developed systems to improve the quality of research, distributed OJS and other programs to improve scientific publication management support.
