AVALIAÇÃO DE UMA COLHEDORA E DA QUALIDADE DE SEMENTES DE FORRAGEM COLHIDAS POR VARREDURA

Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a influência da velocidade de deslocamento e da rotação de acionamento sobre o desempenho operacional de uma colhedora de sementes de forragem. O trabalho foi realizado no Município de Camapuã, MS, no campo de produção de sementes da Empresa Germipasto. Utilizou-se esquema fatorial 3x2, sendo três velocidades de deslocamento (2,0; 2,5 e3,8 kmh-1) e duas rotações de acionamento da colhedora (464 e 515 rpm), com três repetições. Para avaliar o desempenho operacional da colhedora foram determinadas as perdas, as capacidades de colheita e de campo e a qualidade física e fisiológica das sementes colhidas.  As perdas no sistema de recolhimento, separação e a capacidade de campo não foram influenciadas pela rotação da TDP do trator. A perda total e a capacidade de campo aumentaram com aumento da velocidade de deslocamento do conjunto. O material colhido na menor velocidade e maior rotação da TDP apresentou a maior pureza de sementes. Observou-se aumento no percentual de germinação quando o conjunto trabalhou nas maiores velocidades de deslocamento e rotação da TDP. Ocorreu aumento do vigor ao diminuir a rotação da TDP, na velocidade de deslocamento de3,8 kmh-1. Com o aumento da velocidade de deslocamento da máquina, obteve-se maior valor cultural, na rotação da TDP em 464 rpm.

Abstract

This study evaluated the influence of travel speed and drive speed on the operating performance of a harvester for grass seeds. The study was conducted in the municipality of Camapuã, MS, in the field of seed production Germipasto Company. We used a 3x2 factorial arrangement, with three forward speeds (2.0, 2.5 and 3.8 km h-1) and two rotations to drive the harvester (464 and 515 rpm) with three replications. To evaluate the operational performance of the harvester were certain losses, the capacity for collection and field, physical and physiological quality of seeds harvested. Losses in the system of collection, separation and field capacity were not affected by the rotation of the tractor PTO. The total loss and field capacity increased with increasing forward speed of the assembly. The material collected in the lower and higher speed rotation of the PTO had the highest purity of seeds. There was an increase in the percentage of germination when the group worked on the speeds of displacement and rotation of the PTO. There was an increase of force to reduce the rotation of the PTO, the displacement speed of 3.8 km h-1. With the increasing speed of the machine, we obtained a higher cultural value, the rotation of the PTO at 464 rpm.
